But, why change a process that’s worked for so many for so long?Oh, trust us, electronic media is here to stay, so it's time to give e-marketing a fair shake. It's so much easier to manage marketing via the Web, versus mailings, standing by the fax machine and keeping phone call logs. And, with so many digital media options available, it's easier than ever to create custom, full-cycle campaigns, with feature-rich tracking and reporting.

Ok, you may be thinking, but members like getting hard copies of our newsletter. Some of our constituents are aging, or set in their ways, and they don’t like to read electronic media. Well, work with your audiences’ habits and help them learn to see the benefits of new outlets. For example, inform readers about setting text size (under the View menu in your email browser) to make pages appear larger.

Offer mobile users the ability to pick-and-choose the information they receive through subscription RSS news feeds. They can select categories of interest and receive email/handheld device text alerts about news they care about. 

With e-marketing you can really align information with readers’ interests through dynamic content, in a way that print never can. e-Marketing campaign tools such as MagnetMail, for instance, allow you to change the order and makeup of online newsletter articles.
