EventCenter Evolves

CommPartners EventCenter Web tool for branded online meetings, registration and archives has even more new features...

Since the release of version 2.0 of CommPartners EventCenter online meeting tool in August, we have been developing further enhancements (which are currently in beta testing) scheduled to launch by mid-November:

• Meeting Marquee - will enable you to upload a short PowerPoint and have it cycle before or during an online meeting, at a pre-selected interval between each slide.
  
• Wider screen sharing area - when screen sharing, you’ll be able to reduce the width of the left console for a wider screen share area.
  
• New notifications for remote Advanced Archive recording – after we set-up the system for remote recording, and you have pushed the record button, a notification appears and the Start Recording button changes to End Recording.
  
• PowerPoint upload progress bar – this will display the status of slides being uploaded.
  
• End-user statistics viewing – will allow you to view meeting statistics.

In addition to the above list, we’ve simplified co-leading of screen sharing, improved the Add/Edit meeting manager page layout and upgraded our servers. The new servers will double our meeting capacity and significantly increase the number of screen-sharing meeting participants. This improvement will allow triple the participants of our busiest single time period of PowerPoint and audio presentations.
