CommPartners Connecting... You with better resources for managed online events, web & audio conferencing, e-marketing, design & programming

How to use email marketing more effectively.

This past week I had the opportunity to be a presenter for an ASAE Webinar titled "Keys to Successful Association Email Marketing." The theme of the program was how to fight through the clutter and cultivate a productive relationship with your community through email.

We talked about taking a step back and focusing on creating truly member-centric email practices that enhance the member/stakeholder experience with every message. To do this, it takes a commitment to act as a single enterprise. Staff must be fully invested in working together to create and prioritize content that delivers value in each message, strategically segmented by commonalities across recipients. I encourage you to view the recorded presentation.

If you're not sure how to proceed with your email strategy, I invite you to contact us for a formal audit of your email marketing practices.

Best Regards,

Richard Finstein, President

"  We researched many different companies to select the best possible provider to help us send out news to our osteopathic physicians and medical students. We chose CommPartners not only because of their work with associations but because of their commitment to customer service.

Amelie Hansen, our CommPartners Client Consultant, has upheld that commitment, helping to coordinate such things as training for our newsletter editors, the development of our newsletter templates, and finding the answers to technical or billing questions for us.

We are very happy with the service that CommPartners has provided to us and are impressed that they keep developing more tools to help us do our jobs better.  "

According to Robert’s Rules of Order, parliamentary procedure is based on the consideration of the rights: of the majority, of the minority (especially a large minority greater than one-third), of individual members, of absentee members, of all of these groups taken together.
